SAYSAY closes to everyone else for the night. Capacity is 35 to 40 comfortable, 50 maximum. Every cocktail on the menu is on tap, all night.

Deposit
50% confirms the date. Balance is due on the night.
Cancellation
Seven or more days out, half the deposit is refunded. Later, it stays as SAYSAY credit.

You pay the gap to the minimum, and that amount becomes SAYSAY credit for your next visit or event.
